Full design and architecture of IT systems
Techquilibrium designed and implemented the entire IT build at Supernova. This includes a full network, surveillance system, point of sale system installation. This system ensures that Supernova’s critical IT systems are always operational.
Robust network infrastructure
Techquilibrium designed the entire network architecture at Supernova. The build includes building the network rack, sourcing internet, configuring the firewall, configruring the wi-fi access points and setting up a complex internal network, configuring switches and mapping out ethernet locations for point of sale systems, surveillance and wi-fi.
Point of Sale
Choosing a point of sale system that is best fitted for the venue and type of business is important. We compared and contrasted multiple vendors and assisted in negotiating pricing for a complete point of sale system including tablets, mobile POS units and printers. We also assisted with the installation and configuration of the point of sale systems.
24 camera surveillance system
Techquilibrium installed a comprehensive 24 camera surveillance system capable of retaining months worth of footage. This system covers the entire venue and ensures there are no dead zones so that staff and patrons are protected and that security can easily action incidents.
Continuous IT Support
Techquilibrium provides continuous IT support to the staff at Supernova. We handle all IT initiatives at Supernova which include sourcing and purchasing new hardware, maintaining and updating the IT, surveillance and network infrastructure.
